The single jersey pattern wheel circular knitting machine is used to produce high-quality single jerseys fabrics with different designs, colors and thicknesses. On the basis of the cylinder cams design, our particularly designed cams can be applied in conjunction with the multi-stage pattern wheel, so as to meet most requirements. The cams and pattern wheel are easy to dismantle or adjust, which effectively improve the quality and quantity of knitted fabrics. The product is able to knit mesh fabric, ponte-de-roma, high elastic lycra fabric, fabric for swimwear and so on.
Machine Functions and Advantages:
1. The frame has received a natural aging treatment, and the oil-immersed gear meshing drive model comes with good stability and low noise.
2. Because of its advanced computer control system, the pattern wheel circular knitting machine can automatically monitor and control various operating parameters, like spraying oil in fixed quantity at a regular time, dust removing, needle breakage detection, automatic stop when finding a broken hole or reaching the rated output, etc.
3. The dust exhausting fans in the three positions of the machine contributes to the complete removal of accumulated cotton fiber, protection of needles and sinkers, and promotion of running efficiency.
4. Several multi-stage pattern wheels are available to meet the knitting requirements for different fabrics.
5. Its specially designed cams is equipped with an anti-floating device , which guarantees high running speed, and avoids any undesirable phenomena such as breaking stitches.
