The fabric made by Single Jersey Terry Circular Knitting Machine are often used towel, terry cloth wear, terry bathrobe and polar fleece and so on, for various purpose textiles.
Machine Features and Functions:
■ Oil-Bathed Structure: The Oil-based frame prevents Gear Ring from rusting and further smoothes the performance of rotation.
■ Doubled Needle Butts Guidance: Special design of the doubled needle butts guidance ensures the steadiness of machine operation.
■ Customized Sinker Available: To meet customer’s individual needs, there are many different types of sinkers to knit terry fabrics for different pile heights from 1.2 to 4.0mm, which will get faster return of investment from the machine.
■ Cloth Rolling System: Designed for rolling up fabrics and will not produce clear shadow. In addition, the machine is equipped with a safety auto stop device that will shut down the entire machine automatically once the problem occurs.
■ High Speed Anti-Dust Fan: Blow away extra cotton fiber and prevent from the accumulation.
■ Lycra Feeding unit can be installed on the machine to produce high quality elastic terry fabrics
Fabrics Application:
The Terry knitting fabrics can be used in raising, brushing, shearing, and embossing after-finishing process to make different kinds of fabrics such as flocking and polar fleece.
